777f Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

Using the 777f platform in any capacity – browsing, registering, depositing funds, or playing games – constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is legally binding.

These terms supersede any previous version and apply from the date stated at the top of this page. 777f reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at 777f, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777f does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf – not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 777f employee in a role with access to platform data or game mechanics.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 777f platform under any previous account.

777f may request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one 777f account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods – is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated if it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 777f will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately. 777f accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to secure account credentials.

Account sharing with any other person is strictly prohibited. Your 777f account is personal and non-transferable.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at 777f are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though higher deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks under our compliance procedures.

Deposits made through Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 777f wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT and bank card deposits may take up to one banking business day to confirm in exceptional cases.

777f does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposit must belong to the registered 777f account holder. Deposits received from mismatched payment sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 777f are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. 777f reserves the right to request identity documents including a copy of your CNIC before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated for each individual promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in those funds being forfeited.

777f does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The receiving account must belong to the registered account holder.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777f offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers as listed on the Promotions page. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are stated on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all 777f bonuses:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in eligible bets must be placed before that bonus and its winnings convert to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slot games. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• 777f reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers – including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

777f provides games from licensed third-party game providers as well as proprietary in-house game formats. All games operate under documented rules that are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game you play before placing a real money bet.

Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and others) on the 777f platform use a provably fair random number generation system. The crash point for each round is cryptographically determined before the round begins. Players can verify any past round result using the hash verification tools provided in the game interface.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round – including internet disconnection, server error, or software fault – 777f will apply the following resolution policy:

• If a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, all bets placed in that round will be refunded to player wallets.
• If a round was completed and the outcome was recorded on the platform's servers, that outcome stands regardless of whether a player's device displayed it correctly.
• 777f's server records are the authoritative source for all game outcomes. Client-side display errors do not override server-recorded results.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777f platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input
• Operating multiple accounts under any name, device combination, or payment method
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unintended advantage – any winnings resulting from exploiting an error are void regardless of whether the error was reported
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform – depositing money with no genuine intent to play and immediately withdrawing it
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications toward other players or 777f staff
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

777f cooperates with law enforcement and financial authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity associated with an account will be preserved and reported without notice to the account holder.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

777f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or any behaviour that poses a risk to the platform or its players.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or terms violation, 777f may freeze the account balance pending investigation. The investigation timeline is typically 5–15 business days. If the investigation clears the account, any frozen balance will be released for normal use or withdrawal. If a violation is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their 777f account at any time by contacting support at support@777f.wine. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive balance will have that balance withdrawn to the account holder's registered payment method after standard verification checks. Voluntarily closed accounts cannot be reopened – a new registration would be required, subject to eligibility rules.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

777f collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at 777f, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, 777f collects:

• Registration information (name, email, mobile number)
• Identity verification documents where requested (CNIC, proof of address)
• Device and connection data for fraud prevention and security purposes
• Game history and transaction records as required by compliance obligations

11 Responsible Gaming

777f is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount that cannot be exceeded until the limit expires or is reduced.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.

• Loss of winnings or inability to play resulting from technical failures outside 777f's direct control, including internet outages, third-party payment system failures, or device-side issues
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss beyond the direct monetary value of a disputed transaction
• Actions taken by players based on information provided by other players in community chat functions
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including bonus forfeiture due to wagering requirement violations

777f makes reasonable efforts to ensure game availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance at any time with reasonable advance notice where possible.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address at least seven days before the new terms take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

The dispute resolution process at 777f is:

In any dispute, the authoritative record of transactions and game outcomes is the data held on 777f's servers, not any client-side display or screenshot provided by the player.
